Our philosophy, created from the knowledge and experience of our founder JoJo Clements-Colpo, is aimed at developing horses that embody the strength, agility, and athleticism of the old cavalry standards, making our horses all-around prospects for many disciplines.

BDH horses mature from 15.2 to 16.3 hands. They feature most coat colors. They have heads that are pleasing, large kind eyes, a deep chest, strong legs and quarters, sturdy hooves, and a full mane and tail. We look for a temperament of calmness, alertness, and intelligence. At BDH, we place importance on longevity, performance, and health, combining genetic traits to create an all-around American-bred horse.
